The same KIR CDO made small TBs in Bengali, so absence of Bengali in the main TB is absolutely intentional.
I can understand if it had happened only with this train. But check the main TBs of trains like Doon exp and Aranyak exp. How come all the 3 zones of Bengal, ER, SER and NFR, are doing the same mistake?? This is completely intentional and imposition of non-native languages on us.
