Railways need to ditch that fancy Vande Bharat/Tejas coffee and go back to serving regular South Indian filter coffee. The masala coffee or ginger tea is just too over-the-top and doesn't hit the spot. It's not worth paying a premium for bad-tasting coffee! Remember when Mys Shatabdi used to serve authentic South Indian food with filter coffee? Railways shouldn't serve bland sambar and call it South Indian cuisine. Premium trains used to offer regional food based on the area - what happened to that? Can't help but feel let down.
