But if simply they demolish the buildings at the east side of Malad station to make way for the 6th track.
Because again they will be stuck at Kandivali as that EMU yard is there.

EMU yard is entirely owned by IR, no problem of Land Acquisition.

In Malad East, Land acquisition will be Expensive.
