1) Special/on Demand Trains are run on SPECIAL DEMAND only, but the Staff required for it needs to be kept on permanent payroll plus the Rolling stock has to exist always but will only run in Festive seasons. So, these Fares are justified. Why you want to travel 3AC in special train when fares are not affordable to you, you can travel in SL class instead (Try/opt for Auto upgrade also)
