PiyushSrivastava^~ 20390 blog postsGot to know this from my father, on 24.4.24 enquiry counter officials were saying 12021 Janshatabdi will depart but don't know when. This was happening repeatedly and people lost their cool. They broke the window panes. RPF had to come to the spot. This has become a daily affair for 12021/22, arrive late, depart late. Can't they just cancel one run and make it on time? And make it run very close to the schedule (if not exactly on the schedule) everyday? Oh sorry, obviously freight is the lifeline of SER, passenger trains are not at all important.
