Can I get into SHATABDI EXP from Pune to HYB without having reservation with general ticket? I need to go HYB on urgent basis? Thanks.

Yeah you can get in with general ticket and better enquire with TTE before boarding regarding vacant seats availability. If available, he will provide with a receipt for difference in fare.
