was being lifted onto the bridge. The collapse is suspected to be due to overloading the wire holding the girder. Both injured individuals are receiving treatment at the government medical college. The project, which aims to double the railway line between Ratlam and Chittorgarh, is expected to be completed by March 2025. It includes the renovation of 18 stations, 31 major bridges, and 133 smaller bridges. The project involves a 63.94 km section from Neemuch to Dalauda and a 68.98 km section from Dalauda to Ratlam. Currently, the single railway line is experiencing a 150% load. The project is being executed by the MBPL and PGIPL companies.
