Bhai tum khud bhi samajh rhe ho ki tum kya keh rhe ho? Station master ki duty akele ki hoti hai sure lekin station par baki duties ke liye bhi log rehte Hain ki nahi?
Since you're a big private company guy to ussi example se smjho,jaise ek project hota hai, aur uss project par ek team work karti hai, team mai members bhi hote Hain, team members ka definite role hota hai lekin woh ek dusre ko check bhi karte hain ki nahi? Waise hi station par bhi ek team rehti hai, koi janitor rehta hai, koi security, koi lightman, koi pointsman, koi je and koi SM, etc.. yha par yeh team missing hai, got my point? Ek aadmi se sab...
