before 4 Hours from departure of train from starting station. for late night and next morning trains which starts before 12.00 noon the chart prepreation can be done on 18.00 as the railways office timing starts from 09.30 - 10.00 AM.
And for trains departing before 12 noon next day, charts are printed after 8.00 PM of the previous day.
