A terminal station, closest to Baidyanath Dham. Only EMU trains ply upto here.

Present Dumka Ranchi intercity express used to originate here many years back. Later it was shifted to new Deoghar Junction station and subsequently extended yo Dumka.

Even many years back,Baidyanathdham-Manduadih(Banaras) express used to ply on this route.But it was permanently cancelled due to low occupancy.
