more... bound train after Vyasarpadi upto Washermenpet is an great nightmare. The slum area in the Chennai's diamond track section (see pics) is highly notorious for train snatching, robbery, theft as well. People often defecating and urinating on the tracks and many passengers forced to cover their noses to get rid of offensive smell. I sometimes see that slum children used to burst crackers at railway tracks as well. Although RPF posts are there, still effective action against these things are required as much.I don't know whether these houses are given patta or not or it is railway land being affected by encroachment etc. because Chennai corporation was provided with some street lights as well. Chennai based RFs please tell about this. Thank you all 🙏🙂
