Nope, The existing infrastructure will be more given importance. Passengers services of SER & SECR will improve. Creation of SCoR as per APSES Act.
Most importantly, They need to focus for lower and lower middle class.
Cut down fare of Vande Bharat by half and reduce fare of 3rd AC by 50%.

Could be a BOT scheduled reply because even opposition was preparing for blaming EVMs. They were not planning for such results
