For ERS-SBC VB to be successful max passengers will have to be from ERS, TCR & PGT as passengers from CBE have lot of flexibility to travel at different timings and the crowd will get split. So its important that dep from ERS is a bit late. Public transport doesn't start early....so reaching station is a challenge if early dep from ERS. I am not sure passengers will prefer to spend a lot of money in auto to reach at such an early time.
