For maintenance sake I am saying. Better terminate at Kochuveli then.
NCJ can maintain ICF Rakes as i know. and This will return with in 5 hrs back to TATA so cleaning is more than enough
Good for Keonjarh and mayurbhanj area .....to GY - SMVB also.... but end to end or for BBS - VSKP section high patronage doubtful....
