Phenomenal work from ICF, from average of 4 eight car VB in a month to 4 sixteen car VB(including 2 twenty car VB), great work.
Summary: 11 VB trains are ready for inauguration which includes two 20 Car VB and two 16 Car VB trains.

It's not like that, around 10 VBs are spare rakes allotted to various zones. Hence the huge difference b/w actual rakes available and total rakes.
