There Should Be 2 New Rajdhanis as
1. New Delhi Madgaon Rajdhani Express via JHS-BPL-BSL-NK-PNVL-RN
2. New Delhi Mysore City Rajdhani Express via KOTA-BRC-BSR-PUNE-SUR-UBL-SBC

Your option for both the Rajdhani's is not feasible because
1. Madgaon rajdhani on jhansi route cannot be given a suitable slot due to space and time constrains.
2. Mysore cannot have a rajdhani because mysore is not a state capital so a rajdahni cannot run to mysore
However a Goa rajdhani on kota baroda route is still feasible!!!!!

Bilaspur and Dibrugarh are Not Capital But Still they Have Rajdhanis
And Still Mysore Rajdhani goes to SBC first and takes a Reversal at SBC which is 1% Feasible
