It has become common for passengers to deboard trains at the outer signal (MNGT) of Mysuru Junction. This is very dangerous due to frequent train movements and the presence of snakes around the tracks. Ashokapuram, which was recently developed to decongest Mysuru Junction, was inaugurated before the general elections, but the infrastructure is still not in use.

Most simple reason is MYS div is unfit to handle smooth operations of trains
Even SBC divn. Passengers are fed up at both ends due to inability to handle trains properly
Same state near SBC!
Even Vande Bharat which gets "best" priority waits for 10 mins at SBC outer!!!
SWR controlling is TROLLING VB By making it run behind Lalbagh (20664) despite having faster schedule!(Personally experienced)
