In case in near future If Garib Rath is re - introduced. As per my view 02831/32 SPL fair and Garib Rath both should be continued in future... But the route for garib rath should be via DHN- PEH- ADRA route rather than via RNC bcz it is the possible shortest route b/w DHN & BBS. It will be 220km shorter than that of Via RNC.
