Commuters stranded for hours with EMU cancellations from Chennai Beach to Chengalpattu

ko iske baare mein pata nahi chala. UTS app pe bhi cancellation ke baare mein koi information nahi thi, jisse log aur pareshan ho gaye. Passengers ko infrequent passenger special trains pe depend karna pada, jiske wajah se Egmore station pe lambi lines lagi hui thi. Bahut saare passengers ki travel plans bhi kharab ho gayi cancellation ki wajah se. Southern Railway ne is situation ko handle karne ke liye passenger special trains arrange kiye aur MTC se extra buses chalane ka request kiya.
