Since, many members birthday has been listed in this website. There should be automatic greetings system to wish "Happy Birthday" to members on their birthday by tagging the respective member.

Automatic greetings system is not reqd....bcoz some likes n some do not like to celebrate in publicly. So manual way is the best. This way no inconvenience to anyone.
Then, there could be option to get wish notification in "public " or "private" forum. Users can select whether they want to get wish in public forum or privately.
This is railway related site. Moderator has given us one separate forum for Greetings n thats sufficient.
Birthdays are like personal n optional things to celebrate at site. So the way its going on is perfect..i.e manual posting.
