Please list out the steps or some tips to get confirmed tatkal (CK) tickets within the quickest possible time on IRCTC? How do our members go about it?

That is a known fact, Anjaan-ji. Having said that, our experienced members may have some tips on CK booking, which many, especially our guests, may not be aware of. It is those tips that I am looking for.
What I have found today is that by having high internet speed i am able to log in speedily than usual, but at the same time, communication failure and error doesnt not depend on internet speed.
Log in 15 minutes before and complete the form filling exercise by dummy tatkal booking in auto fill feature on of any browser. Keep the session live.
Well, all these things I do, but still I am failing something somewhere.
