Yo, according to RM, SCoR is about to happen real soon 'cause the obstacles are getting dealt with by the state govt. They're talking about the land allocation in eenadu. Still can't wrap my head around how SCoR's gonna start. They're saying a zone can't kick off until they got their own spot over 50 acres!! SCoR borders, WAT division thing is still a big mystery. Even if the state hooks up the land in like 6 months, and then say it takes around 3 to 4 years to build the GM's office, are they saying SCoR won't be up and running for like 5 years??
