Take example of Kanpur Shatabdi.It was the highest earning train of NCR and used to run with full occupancy.After introduction of VB on BSB(Reverse) its running empty.
Same is the case for Amritsar and Bhopal Shatabdi(B/W Delhi and Jhansi after Khajuraho VB).They are no way near there peak occupancy.If given option people prefer VB over Shatabdi.
