Yes sir, you are right. Now, I realised that it was my mistake π
. Actually, I was inspired from a TLM who updated SMVD katra platforms in advance which were under construction just same as Udhampur and also he confirmed it by himself and nobody checked it that's why I thought changing information in advance is normal but now I realised it's not π
Finally it's confirmed and don't do given hurry stamps, if you have a doubt ask another TLMs opinion. Have a nice day and happy ganesh chaturthi. ππ
