To reach here from LKO/LJN, take an auto for "Patrakarpuram Chauraha". It will cost Re 30/40. The main station is an idyllic 1 km away from that on a branch route. One could book a cab as well if there is heavy luggage, though that'll cost much more.
The station originally was a halt station conceptualized two decades ago. Now it's a proper terminal with 6 platforms. There is a food hub right outside the station. There is hardly anything available inside the station premises as of now, so better to pack...
