Moderator sir, should frame clear rules and regulations ( Rule Book) to all monitors. Because no written rules are there in IRI.

No one wrong in this situation, but some TLMs highlights these issues and mentioned rules. Then where is clear rules framed in IRI.
And other TLMs also faced this situation and not this exact issues and they are faced different issues.
So in IRI should frame the clear rules and that rules are shared all monitors who promoted the new monitors and seperate link also provide for rules for every monitors duties and responsibilities.
