Ratnachal used to have a clone service in name of link express with 5 coaches till 2019 end. As its cancelled now additional train required parallel to Raymachal as ot has 150-180 travellers per coach from Eluru upto Tuni
Guntur Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada Tirupati( parallel to Pinakini to manage crowd from Tenali to Nellore) are 2 separate trains. 30km doesn't matter. VM are initially planned for metro cities in particular for Mbai first but then changed criteria 200-300km to metro city and now introduced in non metro route. So nothing is fixed in IR and intercity are running upto 500km so VM can be run upto 400- 500km.
