Har office ki files e-office pe put-up ho chuki hai, ab e-office band hai to na hi koi order pass ho raha hai aur na hi aage badh pa rahi hai. Important files ko dealers manual taiyar karke aage badha rahe hai. E-office ek workflow-based system hai jismein physical files ki koi jarurat nahin hoti. File banane se lekar jaari karne tak sab online hota hai. Is system mein sabhi charan shamil hai, jaise letters ko electronically diary karna, files banana, letters aur files ki aavajahi, digital signatures using digital signature certificate, e-sign aur records ka abhilekh rakhna.
