IR is planning to increase the ticket fare..for every 100 kms the ticket will be increased by RUPEES 5 or 10...also planning to implement this before the next rail-budget 2013-14...do u think this decision is fair/unfair????

It is the rolled back decision which they are planning to implement now.
The system is deteriorated a lot so i see no major change in service quality after this increase.
Frankly speaking all classes need more hike than this.

previously it was even quite less I guess. now Mamata didi ka raaj gaya... ab koi nahi rok sakta fare badhne se.

What steps railways taking to stop corruption ?? Also SLEEPER and GEN class running on losses. 3A is giving profits. Will RM increase sleeper, gen by 50% and 3A by 5% ??
When some body giving losses they needs more increase will it happen ?? What logic this to increase in KMs ??

It's a very fair decision on the part of railways . Only thing is we are getting the entire blow of fare increase in bulk which was suppressed over the years. It has to erupt like a volcano and burn our pockets.
