Perhaps, the most neglected station of PRYJ Division on GZB-DDU Mainline. Despite being the biggest city in terms of population on this mainline after Kanpur & Prayagraj, Aligarh still lacks stoppages of Deserving trains.
Bareilly Branch Line also lacks trains, having only 3 pair of express trains and that too only 1 is daily.
