I have booked two train tickets one from Howrah to Secundrabad by Faluknama Express in 3-AC Economy Class on 24/11/2024 and another on Secundrabad to Howrah by Faluknama Express in 2-AC Class on 30/11/2024 for official purpose on 15-Aug-2024 from IRCTC Rail Connect.But later due to cancellation of my official program,I have cancelled both the train tickets on 02nd October 2024.So according to Railway IRCTC rules, refund should be done within 3-4 days.So I have checked from my bank account,the ticket of Faluknama Express from Howrah to Secundrabad which has been cancelled on that ticket 1440 has been refunded on 2nd October 2024 but it's almost 3 days gone till today the ticket of Faluknama Express from Secundrabad to Howrah has not been refunded.So please anyone help where should I lodge the complain in mail to care@irctc.org.in or I will call to 139
You can check your refund status from IRCTC. I would suggest that wait for 7 working days That's the upper limit for refunds of cancelled tickets. After the expiration of said time limit file a complaint at Rail Madad App.
