Yes, you can, this means that on 1st November you cannot book your tickets for January until there is a 60 day gap. You may though for November or December, that won't be affected at all. I too have a ticket in 2A between HWH and SMVB in 12245 in early December, that won't be affected too.
Had people already booked for say on January 15th, those tickets will be auto cancelled and they have to rebook. Prompt refund will be generated for the cancelled tickets
