dikkat ho sakti hai, especially 60-day Advance Reservation Period (ARP) ke aane pe, jab tickets jaldi khत्म ho jaate hain. Digital payments pe focus ki wajah se, refund process bahut complicated hai, jisse customers ko refund milne mein delay hota hai. Festive season aane wala hai, toh Railways ko yeh problems solve karni chahiye aur passengers ka travel experience behtar banana chahiye.
