I observed that the blogs which are locked are appearing in the main blog section and also in the locked blogs section. After a blog is locked it should appear in locked section only.

Thanks a lot, Manish, for pointing out Archived blogs vis-a-vis train tabs. Now, it has been fixed so that you will see both Archived and Active blogs inside individual train pages.
Regarding "PNR Predictions will automatically be disallowed 4 hours before the train's scheduled departure"
Also PNR prediction should not be allowed for trains which leave on next day for which chart is prepared the previous day.
