The Nearest Station against a member's profile is now being used for customization of the Home Page Arrival/Departure table, as well as trains to major metros from this station. Members are requested to fill in this field if possible. This Nearest Station will also be used in upcoming personalization features.
An anonymous feedback comment brought this need to the fore. Thanks to the anon blogger who posted.

Thanks for the reply moderator.
My intention is to know all the trains passing through Hyderabad/Secunderabad and Kacheguda. If I select only one for my profile then I do not get to see any of the other trains automatically. My intention or curiousity is to see all the trains passing by here as all 3 stations are nearby.
When I click on home on the main page it will show me only the arrivals and departures of Hyderabad. I would also want to see Secunderabad and Kacheguda. I guess this sort of problem/issue

would come in places where multiple stations are there. For eg: Chennai, Trivandrum, Delhi, Mumbai
If I am missing any particular settings on my profile, then do let me know.
Regards,
Rajasekhar

I hope my question or suggestion was understood. I should have the facility to see trains of Secunderabad and Kacheguda on the Home tab. Right now it shows only Hyderabad. However my location is near to all the 3 stations.

Moderator sir.. any feedbacks on the point raised. In places where multiple stations are there, there should be some flexibility to show up trains for all these stations on the home tab after the login is completed.

As you know that I am based in Jaipur
Lots of important and long distance train arrives and departs at Jaipur after midnight.
When I open my homepage, I get all the arrival and departure of the current date.
Could it be upgraded to show all the arrival and departure for the next 24 hours, instead of the current date upto 00:00 midnight.
Thanks

Since my request was a bit odd as I have 3 stations in the near proximity,
Secunderabad
Hyderabad
Begumpet
I have changed the settings to Begumpet. Though not fully satisfied, but trying to get something

better.
This peculiar situation would be for bloggers in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkatta, Chennai, Bangalore.. where multiple stations act as start points.
