Can I book a ticket using some other bank's debit card from the same id? the bank's card which i had used for all my previous transactions is misplaced. so can i my use SBI's card in place of my UBI's?

Yes, you can book tickets through any card or net banking.
IRCTC does have a SBI Debit Card option for booking, use it while booking.
