i think if you see tomorowrow , you might see the train cancelled on 31-04-2013

Train may be marked as "Cancelled" in case official website shows different status at a latter point of time.

Yes... If u see the status till 29.04.2013 u will see it as TRAIN CANCELLED.... But on 30.04.2013 it is showing AVAILABLE 45..!!
Arunachal express is supposed to be re-started by April, however as gauge conversion is still incomplete at many places and work moving on at very slow pace, all possibility of it getting further delayed
