Hope the same u turn they take on fare increase. What's the use of increasing fare when they not able cancel trains which are running empty.
Agree,fares should not increase,especially SL class...Common people will suffer a lot...Rs 571/- fare is going to be Rs 750/- thats too much,it means all common M/E Trains presently will charge according to Duronto Rate,without speed & increasing speed.Thats not good.Fare hike should be rolled back immediately,if necessary make Mukul Roy for R.M. for one day.....he'll adjust the fares & immediately next day again Pawan Bansal as RM
Well RB should request FM to roll back levy of service tax if they want to implement new fare system.
When did fares increase? Where did you get such numbers? Or are you saying there is a proposal to increase fares?
Rail Board has told that at least 5 paise/km hike is inevitable...that makes a 2728 km journey fare to go from Rs 571/- to around Rs 750/-
