TN Sampat Karanthi (2652) should leave from NZM at 14.00 , BPL (23.30), NGP (06.00), BZA (16.00), MS (23.30), TPJ(05.00), MDU(8.00). Bi weekly
If the train is changed like this the peoples from south will get more benefit.
And also the train shall run NZM-CBE (Since there is no good train for CBE except Konku. Kerala Express is like a city bus)

if i am right, this train is for the benefit of passengers between delhi and interior south. for people living in delhi and reaching early morning in mdu is fine= so that they can take other connecting bus/train and reach home by lunch. according to the timings cited by you, this train should reach ms by 2330. what abt persons who travel from delhi to ms -no public transport facility will be available to all places at that hour. tnsk consumes 36 hrs to reach ms according to its present speeds and at that speeds, it would reach ms at 0200 hrs which is inconvenient for all.
the present timings are suitable for a majority of persons and no need of change...
