I am now travelling by first ac E1 of sec pune shatabdi. I am travelling along with my sis and my mother, a senior citizen. To my estonishment, seat no 42 is totally broken. Same was the condition of seat no 43. Technicians from sec declared it unrepairable. TT changed my seat, given seat no 26. I am horrified to see the condition of full coach. I have paid nearly 4500. Now repenting. Will take matter to ministry. Will keep u updating.
Thats terrible. I think you must contest this point in consumer court. Take the pics
moreover ticket fare is very high for ec claim the matter at Pune station
Heard about "Old wine in new bottle" but looking at this Shatabdi it's "Old wine in Broken bottle".This is 2nd day in running with a complaint pertaining to this train.Must be the Worst Shatabdi" of all.
There have been so many complaints about this shatabdhi.Really must be in bad state after paying so much fare
