The indian railways have hiked fares without prior notice.Why they need to charge extra for those who have already booked tickets.Depending on the date of booking that is who have booked before the hike should be exempted.The middle class would have calculated the budget and then taken a call.It would be totally unfair and cheating if they ask to cough up extra.Would tte have the guts to collect from MP or an MLA travelling in trains.Need an frank answer.Stop sucking blood of ordinary citizens

But would TTE collect Extra Money from Passengers on Board who have booked their tickets 4 months ago?? I dont think So. I think passengers booking their tickets on or after 21/1/2013 will pay the revised fare when booking tickets. Correct me if wrong.
