Dear Sir,
I am using IRCTC for ticket booking. today IRCTC has deactivated my User ID. I have to take print outs for ticket for future journey.
Please let me know who i can get my printed ERS. Also What is the procedure if I want to cancel tke.

contact irctc officer or by ur registered email mail to care@irctc.co.in they will help you.
u also can take print from ur email id. agar aapne use delete na kiya ho
If you have your coach number and berth number ready [you may also check it from the notice board], you may proceed to your berth with proper ID proof. The TTE will charge Rs. 50/- only and issue you an EFT [excess fare ticket] in lieu of printed e-ticket.
In future use some tool which prints the file as pdf. I use cutepdf to print the ticket. It creates a pdf file and print the file as and when you want.
ya cute pdf is really good i too use it when the ticket is booked give print option then select cute pdf save
