i think Bandra ( T ) - Bhuj AC Express/22903 shold get halt at samakhiali junction because of following reasons.
first it is entry gate of kutch
second it is junction from where people can change train and go towards radhanpur and rapar.
third samakhiali is 53 kilometer from gandhidham( which is halt of this train after ahmedabad)

I have also heard of the proposal for Stoppage at Samakhiyali being sent to Railways.
