There should be a Rajdhani type train for every state like "PRAGATI RAJDHANI", next big after capital, a major city which does nt have any Rajdhani in that state

Sampark Kranti were introduce on same concept but diluted by successor and ignored by all. Still many SK are not daily and rarly any one asks for daily run. Latter GR came on same concept but killed soon by next.
Inconsistency in policy is prime factor. Better overhaul all non daily train before introducing new trains.
