When I asked for complaint book they told me to go to station master. They have complaint book. No complaint book on Board. When I asked that Am I first time traveling but by that time TT who know me was crossing and GRP too convinced me to leave other wise attendant will loose his job. I accepted but behavior of attendant was rude and I want to complaint.
