Is there any rule about boarding within the city without changing the boarding point? This is the ideal situation, since the passengers stay hardly 3-4 kms from CRML, but forgot to mention CRML when doing the booking.
There's no time to write to station master about changing the boarding point as it has to be done 24 hours in advance.
