yes dear blogger. conessions are not there for working class youth.
in addition to 65865-3, you can still travel by yuva train by paying normal fare. the ratio of booking for yuva and normal passengers are 60/40.
Can I travel without any unemployment certificate???If so den what what is the charge for it????
