Yes Dedicated Sleeper trains would make much more sense than adding more GEN coaches,

Yes it is, But if more such trains are introduced on High demand sectors like Mumbai/Delhi towards UP/Bihar, Chennai-Howrah and other similar high demand routes then it would work out well...
