Anupam Srivastava~ 8 blog postsTrain was late for more than 3 hours and i cancelled my ticket and also filed a TDR at that same moment of time but its more than one month now but haven't got my refund back. What to do now ???
call them or file a grievance if they dont respond . ( train should start 3 hrs late from starting stn )
TDR returns takes max of 90 days. after that you can escalate the matter.
These categories are forwarded to Zonal Railways for processing, hence they take more time than normal 'passenger no travelled' option. You have to wait for some more time...
