less burden on GT route specially for goods train which is going directly to ndls and further .As loop line is not over crowed . train will run smoothly and on time for both passenger and goods

It will be expensive for goods train to run on main line as it is around 80 kms longer. The cost will increase.

Actually, Freight Train in-between HWH-ASR, GHY-ASR route use to be transhipped via MGS/ALD/CNB/NDLS Route!!
Now with modification of MGS/SLN/LKO/MB route, the Freight Traffic is been diverted via this route & hence the off-load @ MGS is been shrinking down (as because of conjestion, Freight get jammed @ MGS & Stations before & after MGS, which slowly will be controlled, making Freight Traffic running fast, adding onto passenger traffic speed!!
